Here's what we found for "Appeal an unpaid item case"

If you received an unpaid item notification, please pay for your item now. You can find it in your purchase history.
If you have questions, or need more time to make a payment, contact the seller to work things out. Sellers open an unpaid item case because they haven’t received payment within a specified timeframe. Opening a case allows them to relist the item and get credit for listing fees. After a buyer has paid, the seller can’t remove an unpaid item from a buyer’s account. eBay takes care of that.
If you paid for an item, but it’s still showing up as unpaid, contact us and provide one of the following:

  • Payment confirmation from PayPal or other online payment service. Include the email from the payment service, confirming that the payment was sent.
  • An email from the seller indicating that you paid.
