If you've sold an item but can't go through with the sale, you can cancel the transaction in our Resolution Center and you might receive a credit on your Final Value Fee. Possible reasons for canceling a transaction include:
When you cancel a transaction, there’s no action against the buyer.
If the reason you're cancelling the transaction is because the buyer hasn't paid for the item, you should learn what to do when your buyer doesn't pay (unpaid item process). In this process, you'll open a case in our Resolution Center, which creates a dialog between you and the buyer and tracks the case for you. Read more about how to use the Resolution Centre.
