Here's what we found for "Requesting a credit"

An invoice shows your account activity and details about payments, fees, discounts, refunds, or credits that were applied to your account during the billing cycle. It won't show fees that have been added since the invoice was created. 
To see your invoices, follow these steps:

  • Go to your Account.
  • From Invoices, select the invoice you want to see from the Select Invoice drop-down menu, and then select Go.

To view account activity since your last invoice:

  • Visit your Account Activity page.
  • In the Account Summary section at the top of the page, click the All account activity link.
